Cast:- Akshay Kumar (Rakesh), Vidya Balan (Tara), Eka (Sonakshi Sinha), Neha (Kirti Kulhari), Kritika (Taapsee Pannu) and Varsha (Nithya Menen) Parmeshwar (Sharma Joshi) and Ananth (HG Dattatreya). The movie has been directed and written by Jagan Shakti and produced by R Balki with the production houses, Hope Productions, Fox Star Studios, Cape of Good Films. 
#Story:- India was put up on a satellite map in the year 2014 by the team of ISRO Scientists. Jagan Shakti has simplified the scientific story to make sure everyone understands and enjoys the story. The movie begins in the year 2010 where the mission turns out to be a huge failure because under the watch of Tara (Vidya Balan) due to some technical error. Rakesh takes the blame in front of the media and proves to be the best leader for the team but that move lands him up in the far-fetched Mars Mission. The patriotism in Rakesh and Tara does not allow them to sit quite and decides to complete the mission. Under the pressure and with minuscule budget Rakesh finally completes a team of junior scientists at ISRO and the rest is history.

Jagan Shakti has not only expressed the real story behind the Mangalyaan mission but also the life of scientists who are working really hard. How the scientists put their families and personal lives on the second priority and work on the first priority. All the actors have done justice to the roles assigned to them. 
negative 
As a movie director has to take care of entertainment it is necessary to add some drama. So people who have a knack for the real scientific and satellite-related views might feel it funny to see the simplified way of complex terms and equations. 
I would like to rate this movie as 3.5 stars depending upon the act and story plotting. ---- Milind Rokade
